Calling all Sponsors!

MMGMA invites you to sponsor our 2017 July Golf Event at the Whitefish Golf Club. This event is in conjunction with our Summer Conference and is a great setting to meet and greet MMGMA members and entertain prospective and existing clients.


SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

All hole sponsorship assignments will be made on a first-come first-serve basis.

Signage on the course and acknowledgement at the evening reception.

Tee Sponsor (SOLD OUT)
Set up your presence on a tee box to meet and greet golfers as the make their way through the course. You determine how you want to entertain the golfers – treats, refreshments, games, etc. (please note any food or beverages need to be ordered through the Whitefish Golf Club).

Beverage Cart Sponsor (1 available)
Ride around on the beverage cart as they make the rounds. Great exposure for 5 hours.

Driving Range Sponsor (1 available)
Signage on the driving range and acknowledgement at the reception

Signage on the putting green and acknowledgement at the reception


 


FOOD

All food and beverages consumed on property must be purchased through Whitefish Golf Club. Personal coolers and the like containing beverages may not be brought onto the premises or into the clubhouse.

 


TOURNAMENT DETAILS

18-hole Tournament – ALL participants (Golfers and Sponsors) will be together before the tournament starts. We will start at 10:00 AM with registration. Tee off at 11:00 AM. Registration includes an 18 Hole Green Fee, 18 Hole Shared Riding Cart, and a Box Lunch.

Cancellation Policy:

 

*Note: Full payment must accompany order to reserve your space.

Due to PCI Compliance, please do NOT provide any credit card information via email. Call or fax it in only.

 

Cancellations received by the MMGMA office by June 23, 2017 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee minus a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after June 23, 2017. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
